Mike from Attic Projects came out to inspect our rat-infested attic and was easy to work with every step of the way. He took photos and videos of our attic and then walked us through all of the solutions that he recommended so that we could understand exactly why it needed to be done. It didn’t feel like we were being pressured or upsold at any point and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. They even offer a 10-year warranty for our work so I felt very comfortable choosing Attic Projects!

Highly recommend Attic Projects! We thought that we only had a small rodent problem in our attic, but after Richard from Attic Projects came out to take a look, they found a major rat infestation and significant mold problems. Thankfully Richard did a very thorough inspection to catch everything, and he showed us proof with photos and videos to back up their work.

The crew led by Juan and Ramon also did an amazing job. They were extremely professional, helpful, and thorough with removing our insulation, cleaning up the mold and rodents, and re-insulating the entire attic. I had no idea a job that big could be completed so quickly and efficiently. They even made sure to do a full quality check after they were done to make sure nothing was missed and fix anything that didn’t look right. My experience with Attic Projects was incredible! The entire team was very professional and great to work with. Our project manager Tony showed up on time and did a very thorough check of our attic and crawl space. I never felt pressured and he would always text me back within minutes.

When the crew showed up to put in our new insulation, they were so kind and respectful and made sure that everything was cleaned up and spotless after they finished. My attic is very small and not easy to move around, but they lived up to their name as the experts and got the job done. Our house was severely affected by the December flooding in Mount Vernon, but Attic Projects saved the day! They were able to dry out our crawl space, install a sump pump, replace all of our insulation, and give us a brand new vapor barrier. We had moisture issues in our crawl space and weren’t sure where to turn. We called Attic Projects and the very next day they had their project manager Paul Lang over to our home for an inspection. Paul took photos and videos of our entire crawl space to show us where the issue was coming from and built the proposal on the spot. I didn’t even know what a vapor barrier was before Paul’s visit, but he explained everything in detail and helped me and my wife understand the entire process. Our crawl space has never looked better!

Ricky came over today to do an attic inspection and I am very happy with his service! He took a ton of photos to and I was able to get a great layout of the attic and problem areas. He explained the problem and what his team would be able to do to fix it. He was able to answer all my questions and was very easy to work with. Will update again once work is finished.

Don at Attic Projects is amazing! He inspected our attic thoroughly and explained all his concerns in detail. He didn’t try to get us to do extra work we didn’t need, and was honest and easy to talk with. He even got them to start the work earlier than the original date we were given. Vincent came to inspect my attic to see whether it was suitable for storage space. He gave me an honest assessment and told me it wouldn’t be possible without redoing a lot of things and making a huge project out of it, which I didn’t want. I appreciated his candor and friendliness. We couldn’t do business today, but will definitely keep this company in mind for other future needs.

Brian, came and did an inspection of the attic and the ducts in the attic, he provided us with detail information and estimate on duct replacement and attic insulation. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Put in a inquiry with Attic Projects online to get a quote for a crawl space clean out/ repair job. The company contacted me promptly to setup an inspection and sent out their project manager Michael Mayfield. Michael called ahead as promised and arrived at the very time he said he would. Immediately upon meeting Michael I could tell he was very knowledgeable and truly cared about his work and the company he worked for. I was pleased with how straightforward and honest Michael seemed to be and how he never seemed to be trying to sell anything but honesty just wanted to educate me on my crawlspace and rodent issues Id been having. I was busy getting ready for work so I let him do his thing and once done we talked briefly about his findings and told me not to worry because he would put together a very thorough report with lots of pictures and proof of any claims he would make as far as work to be done. The report was super detailed with lots of information and pictures as promised as well as a very descriptive and itemized quote as requested. I haven’t yet committed to anything yet but I wanted to write this review because of just how impressed I am with Michael and the whole Attic Projects team!

I live by the green river and during the storm in December water came up through the ground from the river and flooded my property and my crawl space. I found Attic Projects online and called for an inspection of my crawl space and possible water damage. Mike Mayfield, project manager, came out. He called ahead to let me know the time he would be arriving, and arrived when he said. Mike explained the procedure of the inspection, detailing start to finish. I liked that he discussed the knowledge and integrity of the employees. You want a company that knows what they’re doing when it comes to your home. He also explained the steps they take in mold remediation(which I found out I need), replacing vapor barriers and insulation. He was very thorough with everything, I didn’t need to ask many questions since he answered them all. Mike was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on crawl spaces, which makes me feel I made a good choice calling Attic Projects.

It turned into a highly educational experience about that as well as some of my homes nuances, things that the other estimate company didn’t seem to notice. Attic projects, Phil, August and all the crew were awesome. The inspection was thorough and concise with photos of everything showing me what exactly needed to be addressed to take care of my attic and crawl space, rodent and insulation problems. They even spotted where my heat ducts were compromised and the heat was blowing into my crawl space instead of heating my house. Corrected the situation as they cleaned up and inside both spaces routinely. Very mold proof and disinfected the wood trusses used in the original build. Very clean and particular about their work. Ricky Palacios from Attic Projects was super thorough in his holistic approach to improving my house’s energy efficiency. We have both cold floors and 20 year old insulation in the attic. He checked the attic, crawlspace, and vaulted ceilings to give me the best possible solutions on reducing my HVAC usage and having a better feeling home. Attic Projects recently completed comprehensive (1) attic cleaning (2) disinfecting (3) rodent prevention foaming and wiring throughout structure premises, and (4) insulation installation in our 2 attic, split level home. From the initial quote inspection through to completion, their customer service and professionalism, service delivery care, quality control measures, teamwork, payment process, and client communication with their project lead and administrative staff was seamless and attentive. The Attic Projects team did an attic clean up, rodent proofing, air sealing (to house) and insulation in 2022. They have a 10 year warranty vs rodents. In 2025 After hearing rat activity in the attic I went up and saw evidence of rat burrows and many droppings. Their team came out without within a few days, confirmed the recurrence, sealed up a few potential points of entry and set more traps. After continuing the catch multiple rats over extended period of time it was determined the best course of action was to remove the blown in insulation and search for all points of entry and seal those up. While no company wants to redo a job they handled it very professionally. Simply, Its covered under our warranty and we will take care of it. They sent out a team removed all insulation, came back multiple times over a few weeks sealing up potential points of entry. After no more rats were caught for 2 weeks we schedule the insulation installation. The team arrived exactly at 8am, took measures to minimize contamination to the house (i.e plastic barriers), very professional and thorough. They did not solicit this review. I highly recommend this team. Peace of mind that they guarantee their work and you are dealing with professionals. I have recommended them to my neighbors and others.

Can’t beat the 10 year warranty. Vince Lee, the Project Manager, was the first person I worked with from the company. He guided me through all of the prospective steps. He made me feel at ease with the procedure and also made suggestions of what I could do around my house to prevent rodents from getting into my attic. He gave me the assurance that he would help with any questions that I had about what was going on with the project. He is very amiable. From the start of a free quote to the finished project, every step was smooth with no stress on my end. Kevin was very honest, upfront and very knowledgeable about his company’s job and products and his team. I connected with Attic Projects at the San Diego Home Show while considering replacing the old insulation in my 1962 home. After meeting with Paul Lang, who provided a thorough inspection and several options, I chose a full removal of the old insulation, air gap sealing, sanitizing, installation of a gable fan, and new blown-in cellulose at R30. On installation day, Tony, Jeremiah, and John arrived on time, protected my home, and worked efficiently despite the late-summer heat. They removed all old material, kept the site clean, installed the new insulation and gable fan, and even fixed a loose air duct. Tony helped set up the fan’s remote control app before finishing. The entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish.

We had a very good experience from start to finish with Attic Projects. I chose this company based on significant research and was not disappointed. Paul made me feel very assured with my choices, and went above and beyond to help correct a few issues that inevitably come up through the construction process. I recently had a roof replaced, and Attic Projects did a complete clean, seal and sanitize, checked the electrics in the roof, identified and installed missing ducting, and installed a radiant barrier. Very competitive, price wise, and very good customer service. Brandon in the office was also great, as was the installation team: Jesse, Eduardo, and Aaron.

We had a very good experience with Attic Projects, and I especially recommend them for their generous warranty. We initially had new insulation put into our attic in 2023, and that experience went really well. Two years later we noticed a problem with the venting in our bathroom, and Attic Projects was very prompt and responsive. They made multiple visits to our home and fixed the issue with the bathroom venting. We paid nothing extra, everything was covered by the warranty. Highly recommend.

These guys were very professional and customer focused at a good price. What more could you ask for? They sealed a bunch of heat loss openings throughout my attic and crawl space. They got insulation into tight spaces where the previous homeowner/builder never insulated. They secured the fallen insulation batts and the rest of the insulation in my crawl space. I can already tell that it made a huge difference in the way my house holds heat. I can tell by how often the furnace turns on. I can also feel that the previously cold rooms in my home stay at the same temperature as the rest of the house now, even after the furnace stops pushing heat. They protected the walls and stairwell and they cleaned up everything. While they were working, they repeatedly asked if I was happy and if there was anything else they could do. I wish all service companies worked like this!

Attic Projects came out to clean out our attic that had not been touched since it was built in 1957.

Adam was super friendly came out to look at the attic, took photos for us and explained everything step by step.

Josh, Sergio and Justino were the next crew in and did an unbelievable job vacuuming, sanitizing and rodent proofing the house. These guys were covered from head to toe in dust from 1957 and still did an amazing job keeping our home clean. Josh was on time, friendly and professional.

Since the attic was clean, this gave us a chance to have an electrician look at all the wiring. Finally, Armando and Martin came in to blow in our insulation, again taking great care to protect our walls and show me their progress. They were on time, speedy, efficient and professional.

What a great experience I had with Attic Projects! Dave came out, inspected the attic and explained the scope of work very thoroughly and clearly: Remove old blow-in insulation, Inspect and repair HVAC ducting, Air seal attic, Rodent proof attic, install new batting & wall insulation and then make sure everything was cleaned up. I decided to go ahead and commit with Attic Projects the evening after the inspection. A few days later crew leader Armando and his crew came out and absolutely did a fantastic job. Armando was very dedicated to get all aspects of the job perfect, especially repairing my faulty ducting. Thank You for going above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend Attic Projects!

I looked up Attic Projects online and got an immediate response to my inquiry. i had another bid for my crawl space vapor barrier that was very high. Chase came out and to bid the job, he was very professional, honest and was 1/3 of the other bid. The crew came out for the install , A.J. Mark arrived on time and did a great job. These guys are very polite, thorough professionals and very detail oriented! Stephan inspected our attic and walked us through their entire process from rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitizing to replacing insulation in brief. We wanted to get attic fixed ASAP so they helped us fix it the same week. And they also provided 2 year warranty for rodent proofing. They covered the entire way from our main door to attic through stairs in plastic sheets so our house is not filled with dust and dirt. It’s a huge amount down so we were a bit skeptical but both Adam who is the owner and Stephan ensured to answer our every query and made us feel comfortable. I even visited their office near Kearny Mesa. Overall the experience was very satisfying and my husband and I both are very happy that our attic looks very new and clean!!

Called Attic Projects to get my Attic cleaned. These guy were so professional. From the estimate to getting the work done was amazing. AJ and Donald and crew were so nice and worked hard on getting our messy attic cleaned up. These guys are true professionals who you can tell love what they do. I would hear them say things like please and thank you to each other and I over heard them several times say it has to be done the right way. And I don’t think they New I was in the room.the price for attic cleaning can be pricey but I’m feel reassured that the work was done by professionals and was done right! We have a 1924 house, until recently, without any attic insulation. R38 insulation made an immediate, noticeable difference. And since the guys left, our heater has not turned on one time! Already saving money. Highly recommend this team.

Extremely satisfied with Adam and attic projects service! I first called to receive an estimate for clearing and installing new insulation for my attic. It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. As a first time client, I was a bit nervous about this job but was blown away by the results. I didn’t have to do anything! They showed up on time and were very respectful. They completely cleaned the Attic. Installed the new blown in insulation and disposed of the old and dusty insulation.Amazing job by these guys!

Anthony and Louis did an amazing job essentially flipping by attic. Tim was great to work with also as he helped me define what I needed and worked to get it done quickly and affordably. A different company had come to just spray cheap insulation on top of the old insulation without any discussion or work on cleaning the attic’s mold and termite debris. The other company did not seal the gaps and holes in the attic to protect against rodents. The old company did not seal the areas near my heater nor tape up the ducts where they were torn. The old company also did nothing to secure the loose insulation near my whole house fan. The result from the old company is that insulation flew around my attic and snowed snowed in my house when the heater or house fan were on. These guys fixed all of that and put in a new access board. It was a long, hard day for them, but it came out so great.

We were impressed with Mike Alba’s thorough assessment then Anthony leading a hard-working crew as they detoxed our rat infested attics and basements and made a safe and clean home. What was even more satisfying was the follow up by Jordan to finish the job and fix the few problems that remained. Great work!

We found Attic Projects on Craigslist. Adam came out and took over an hour to provide me the estimate and walk through the process as this is the first insulation job I’ve ever had to do! We got the flooring underneath our townhome insulated. They gave us a great price compared to the other contractors (had a couple other quotes to compare the estimate to), and if you can be flexible on timing, they can give you a great discount. They completed the work in 6 hours and it looks (and feels) great! Would definitely work with Adam and this company on future homes!

I called up Attic Projects for a spray insulation estimate. Adam was super friendly and we talked through my request. He came out to my house the same day and did a quick estimate. In the end, I wound up not going with spray foam and DID NOT HIRE any company because the cost/benefit wasn’t justified for my small project.

However, Adam was by far the most responsive, friendly, and on the spot of any of the 5 companies I contacted. He was the only one who was actually willing to come to the house and do an estimate–even knowing it was a small job.

If I do need sprayfoam for a future project, I know where to turn.

This company was great! Tim came out to give a quote for new insulation and was very friendly and professional. He took his time explaining the whole process and came in well lower than other companies’ quotes. On the day of install, AJ and his crew did a great job. They were clean, quick, and friendly. I was very impressed with the finished project and would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done in their crawl space!

Re-insulating the attic was recommended during the inspection of our new home. I called Attic Projects and Chase came out to give me the straight dope, man, the objective information about my attic situation. He was friendly, professional, without any hint of field-sales hucksterism.

Recommendations were sound and professional, price was fair, and we went for it. Fast forward two weeks and we have both piece of mind that our attic is good to go for a long while (rodent proof, disinfected, and properly insulated), as well as a house that keeps and holds a comfortable temperature much longer. We have central air that I’d like to use as infrequently as possible (is there a Yelp for SDG&E price fascism?)–I’m confident that the work Attic Projects did will help with that.
